To get nose unplugged, tape your mouth closed !

We are meant to breathe thru our noses for so many reasons.

We start breathing thru our mouths due to stress etc.

This causes nose to plug and other issues!

I can testify to this, my nose used to be plugged so much, and now it is so much better.

And when it gets a bit plugged, I just do some of these exercises.

I swear it works, and others know this too.
