Is there a CPAP machine that can go over 20 mm H20?
That's the question I have. Does anyone know of a CPAP machine, not a BiPAP, that can can have the maximum pressure above 20 mm H20? I would add that it would be nice if it were an autosense machine, but that's redundant because any machines that anyone knows about, if they can go above 20 mm H20 would be great to become aware of.

Seeing that you have a pressure range of 6 to 20, please post a screenshot of the "Standard" Daily screen. I would like to see why you need a higher pressure machine.
Just in case you need help with taking the screenshot, I have listed the recommended steps below. Of course, if you already know, then you can ignore them too.

UsuallyHigher pressure is not the problem. If you put a night of OSCAR graphs we might be able to help. But to your question- the bilevel is the only one I’m aware of that does go above 20. And a bilevel CAN be setup to run like any Cpap - it has more pressure and also more settings than a Cpap
My son was told he needed above 20 to help him. We looked at his charts and it was positional apnea. No amount of pressure would have helped- is max is now 14 and no real apnea any more.
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing
