Convert .rlk files to edf or csv
Hello,
I would like to analyze some detailed flow data in any programming language but I currently have it in a .rlk file (binary format) and cannot figure out how to convert it to .edf or any other format. I managed to upload .rlk files in ResScan to visualize the detailed graphs but when I export data, I can only export summary data and not detailed data to a .csv file.
I was wondering if someone had explored the rlk file format. It seems like it's a proprietary format from Resmed.
Thank you for your help!

What device does it come from?

From a Resmed AirSense 10 AUTOSET

None of my Resmed sample SD cards have any .rlk files on them. Are they left over from a previous use of your SD card?
