Sending Lowenstein data to inform Oscar

Sending Lowenstein data to inform Oscar
Hi! Can anyone help me, please?
I  keen to send my five months of Lowenstein  Prisma Max data to help inform the set up of possible Prisma data on Oscar.

But I don’t have the slightest idea how to do that, as I’m not good at IT etc. I have a SD card in my machine and we have a thing to connect to the SD card (though quite forgot what it does at the moment!)we have a MAC laptop.

Can anyone tell me what to do in the SIMPLEST layman’s terms, without presuming I know ANYTHING? as you can tell- I don’t!

Thanks,
Linda (Wales, U.K.).
