APAP VS AP Dynamic
#11
RE: APAP VS AP Dynamic
So tried the cervical collar in addition to the mouth tape.

Think I need to move further down the bed as I think my headboard is pushing the top of my mask.

First thing about the cervical collar, I found it hot and uncomfortable at first but settled in after that mask pull, I discontinued.
Not sure how much further I can move down the bed.  I am 194 CM and already stretch the limits of the bed

Had to prep the wife before my routine, imagine coming to bed to find your husband looking like he came from a car accident/kidnapping.  It certainly brightened her spirits to say the least.
She is supportive in my quest for sleep.
That's why she's my wife

Will keep the pressure the same for tonight

Will find maybe an alternative like a chin strap

Will post my Friday night Saturday afternoon  data After the Sabbath.

Back to cooking

Much better looking OSCAR chart than any of the 5 that you have posted so far.  Good job.

So, unbelievable sleep almost 12 hours!!!

Although 3 sleeps. Missed dinner but I was tired.

Total AHI 13/H  according to Weinman.

Will see if tonight's sleep is as good

Saturday night.

Spent to much time surfing, but Lowenstein shows an AHI of 1 for 6.25 hours of sleep.

I think I should raise the min pressure to 11.

Woke up ok.  When I dont use cpap I get up nasty and angry
