Data retrieval F+P Icon+
Hi, I'm a lapsed member, frankly I just gave up on my CPAP. My GP refuses to prescribe sleeping aids, the mask makes it harder to get to sleep and the machine doesn't improve quality or duration of sleep.
But a week ago I had a knee replacement so I am on a pain relief regime with a sleeping tab [Temazepam 10 mg] so giving it another go.
The machine is an F&P Icon +, 2015.
I have a Mac and downloaded Sleepyhead for Mac but it never read the thumb drive, must be a Windows only format.
For the second time I've put SH on a laptop. I can read data to April '16 but nothing since. Last time this happened I took it to the CPAP store and they were able to read newer data. I have no doubt they could do so again.
Is there other software I can download or is there a way to make the windows machine or my Mac read the thumb drive?
