Best wishes, DS

I'm using a BiPap because originally I was going to order an APap(?) because I wanted a difference in the breathing out and in pressures and the Dr suggested I get a BiPap because the breathing out pressure can be set lower on that and since I used to smoke for 20 years he felt like I might possibly have trouble breathing against the pressure.

Close the OSCAR calendar by clicking on the black triangle in the date. That will allow more left panel info to be shown.

This is the results on CA from the study.

I forgot to mention, please lose the calendar in your screenshots.   It eats a bunch of real estate that can be used for therapy data.  Try using the F12 key to take your screenshots.  This will collapse the calendar during image capture.  Also, F9 will toggle the calendar. This listed in the View menu section.

David, your new VAuto can be optimized to work for you if this is just treatment
emergent central's, but we need to know if CA's showed up on your sleep study.

If you have central sleep apnea, no Cpap, Apap, or BiLevel will treat this. Only a ASV machine can treat CSA.

If you have a copy of the study, please post it here, redacted of personal information.

I was about to post a screenshot of it for you but apparently I've reached my limit on attachments for now. I don't know when I'll be able to post more photos but I'll try again later.
I could post a link to it as a pdf but that would have my personal information on it. I thought I had posted the study here before. Maybe not.

Ok...I did post it here before. It's on the first page of this thread, next to last comment.

Ok, found it in post #9. Thanks for reposting.

Did you happen to read Gideon's response? His concern over your drops in oxygen is the one thing I noticed too. Do you have an overnight recording oximeter? Although the use of Apap therapy should help, but always a good idea to keep tabs on that.

The good new is that the study didn't show CA to be an issue.
