[CPAP] Need help analyzing OSCAR data

Need help analyzing OSCAR data
Hello, I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea last year (AHI 6.2) and was given a ResMed AirSense 10 APAP to use. It's been okay, I definitely feel better than before I started using it but I still don't really feel perfect. Can anyone help tell me what's going on with this data? I've been at a pressure of 5-20 with an EPR of 3 for pretty much the entire time since I was given the machine, the only real change that's been made is that I had to switch to a full face mask since my mouth would always open and air would leak out with the nasal pillows that I was using before. My AHI is techinically under control I guess, it's always been under 5 but I can definitely tell the difference when I have nights with a less than .5 AHI vs 1 or higher. Is there anything I need to change or adjust here? I'm not entirely sure what's going on. I've attached some data from the past few nights, if there's any other info that would be helpeful please let me know. Thanks!

RE: Need help analyzing OSCAR data
Your beginning pressure setting is too low for most adults.  You probably feel a bit air-starved.  Change that setting to 7.  It will also enable your EPR 3 setting to work.  That change should improve your therapy and your comfort.  Smile

I notice that you have some CAs. How long have you been using therapy? Were the CAs present on your sleep study? If you have been on therapy for only a short time the CAs will lessen over time.

Been using it since July or so of 2023. No idea if I had any CAs on my initial test, it was at home and I don't think they count CAs on home studies. I don't think I had any. Could my CAs be caused by the EPR? I tried turning it off one night but I was waking up literally every hour with it off.
