Detecting Coughing on chart?
Is anything on the SleepyHead chart that would indicate coughing? I'm asking because during a period when I cough (but do not recall the precise time it happened) I'd like to be able to see if any apnea event occurred during that time.
Thanks

If it lasted 10 seconds or longer. Maybe.

You can look at the flow rate graph at various zoom levels to see if you can eyeball coughing.
But as far as the event flags go the machine will not flag coughing, but rather the opposite. The response algorithms are designed to filter out coughs so that it will only respond to flow limitations, snoring, hypopneas and apneas.

RE: Detecting Coughing on chart?
When you cough, the expiratory flow rate spikes to very high levels. This would be easy to pick out on the flow chart as a vertical spike pointing down from the zero line. Remember this is an expiratory spike in flow over a very brief time and may approach -80 to -100 mL/sec on the graph. A cough should be captured in the flow rate of a full face mask, but may appear as an oral exhale in nasal therapy or missed.
