[Diagnosis] Need help with Pulse Oximetry monitoring results

Need help with Pulse Oximetry monitoring results
Hi everyone,

I am new to this forum and searching for some advice from more experienced members of this community.
I am 40 y.o., 178cm, 68kg male.
I have general problems with breathing because of my nose (allergies + overgrown nasal concha + crooked nasal septum)
I suspect that I might have sleep apnea, so I've done a few tests and recently bought a pulse oximeter. Results of PAP polygraphy (NOX T3S and Watch PAT) and average values from Wellue O2 ring monitoring are in the table below. I am not using any masks atm (didn't even try it yet).

According to doctors conclusions are the following:
After 1 test (28.07.2021) - no signs of Sleep Apnea. Moderately increased respiratory effort of type RERA (respiratory effort related arousal).
After 2 test (23.10.2023) - signs of mild Sleep Apnea. Recommended change of sleeping position, consulting with laryngologist, in case of doubt - controlled polysomnography.

Graphs from tests are attached to the post, I hope I have translated everything correctly there.
Also, I have attached a few graphs for Wellue O2 Ring that show how some night looks like. Some are quite good and there is no single episode is detected, some nights are worse and SpO2 can drop to 88-92% for a few seconds (few zooms are attached).

As far as I understand, the situation in general isn't too bad, taking into account doctors conclusions and average values from O2 ring.
What bothers me, these short drops of SpO2 to 94-95% and occasionally even to 86-92% are normal, or it is something I should take care about? Or these are even artifacts that can be neglected?
Should I do full-scale polysomnography and/or search for other doctor's opinion on this and trying CPAP/BiPAP mask? Or I should try to calm down and fight with my anxiety because of all this situation and not to extra mile here with even more tests and devices?
