RE: First Time Oscar [plus updates]
These numbers can and probably will vary from day to day. There are so many variables that affect AHI numbers and the type of events we experience, like taking medications, eating too close to bedtime, stress,
allergies and a host of other things. So don't worry too much if you see changes from day to day.
RE: First Time Oscar [plus updates]
A zero AHi is the best number you can get, however getting a zero consistently is not a necessary goal. For some, getting that low may mean comfort is hindered. Most will need to find a happy medium that maximizes comfort and maintains consistently low events.

RE: First Time Oscar [plus updates]
Ok this is after two weeks now.
Overall I am pleased.
Any comments on the charts?
RE: First Time Oscar [plus updates]
The numbers are awesome, but how do you feel?
RE: First Time Oscar [plus updates]
I have more energy and morning congestion is very minimal.
I did not change my EPR level from 2 to 3 as suggested before yet.
My wife has now been diagnosed with severe apnea too so we will get her a machine as well.
