Thank you for your response. I actually tried both of those and while they were really comfy, my numbers were always lower with the dreamwear ffm no matter what I tried.

I've had very limited success with pillows and nasal masks. My own version of deviated septum just complicates things all the more. COPD restricts things on top of this. My current go-to mask, Fisher and Paykel Vitera, a full face.
I do have in the stack of stuff, a Respironics Amara View, ResMed F20 AirFit and AirTouch, Fisher and Paykel Simplus, ResMed N/P30i as well as the Vitera.
