RE: Technically Treated - To my core Tired
Be careful of death by analysis. You have great results with consistently less than 2 AHI and a low level of flow limitation, all with very low pressure starting at 7/4 (EPR 3). You could stand to increase minimum pressure a bit. Once you're done chasing the other issues down a rabbit hole, start looking outside the CPAP therapy for solutions to fatigue.
RE: Technically Treated - To my core Tired
What is an average Tidal Volume? At what numbers would you consider normal, low, high?
Thanks!

Hi cantman! -
How are tidal volumes and rates determined in mechanical ventilation answer is provided by: Christopher D Jackson, MD; Chief Editor: Zab Mosenifar, MD, FACP, FCCP

Quote:For a patient without preexisting lung disease, the tidal volume and rate are traditionally selected by using the 12-12 rule. A tidal volume of 12 mL for each kilogram of lean body weight is programmed to be delivered 12 times a minute in the assist-control mode.
For patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), the tidal volume and rate are slightly reduced to the 10-10 rule to prevent over inflation, hyperventilation, and auto–positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP). A tidal volume of 10 mL/kg lean body weight is delivered 10 times a minute in the assist-control mode
To convert pounds to kilograms: Divide pounds by 2.205
The unanswered question is; How do you determine
lean body weight?

>>>How do you determine lean body weight?
Take whatever your doc says you should weigh and add 10-15%
There's a difference between 'lean' and 'skinny'...
