Lowenstein reporting - do I have CAs or not? What is my real AHI?
I have the Prisma Max.
Having used Oscar, Lowenstein's software does not seem to effectively report leaks or the Hypopnea elememnt of AHI, therefore falsely under representing AHI in their mobile app and journal software. Can anyone verify? Also what are they doing about this?
Additionally, SleepHQ software reports CAs whereas the Lowenstein and Oscar often does not.
So for today's trace;
Lowenstein says my AHI is 1, reporting OSs only with no CAs
Oscar says my AHI is 3.56 with no CAs
SleepHQ says my AHI is also 3.56 of which it classified around 2 as CAs
Highly confused.
