Do flow limitations typically cause oxygen desaturation?
If AHI is 0 but oxygen levels still drop in the 80's, can flow limitation be the culprit behind the decrease in blood oxygen levels?

A single flow limitation, i seriously doubt it. But an extended series of flow limitations near 50% reduction, that is certainly possible. Are RERAs present?

The vauto does present rera but the flow graph doesn't have some flattening to the inspiratory curve

If you would like specific responses post your charts showing what you have questions about.

Height and volume both come into play on breathform evaluation.

I have the vauto and it does not display Rera’s.

AirCurve 10 does not show RERAs but you can identify them visually as series of diminshing flow-limited breaths followed by recovery breath, like these:

Yes you are correct, I meant it doesn’t exactly point out the rera’s but like you said looking at the flow chart you can identify them.
