Do my OSCAR charts and figures look okay (newbie)?

Do my OSCAR charts and figures look okay (newbie)?
Good evening everybody,

So I did a sleep study not too long ago called a watchPAT, as I,ve suffered awful tiredness, brain fog and very unrefreshing sleep for a long time. Whilst it didn't pick up sleep apnea my pRDI was at 31.7. I then went onto do a more detailed home study involving a nasal cannula. This also didn't pick up sleep apnea however, I was recommended CPAP as my snoring index was 10 times the normal reading, which needed to be addressed. I have been using it for a few nights now and I must say from the first night, I have noticed an enormous difference I no longer wake up plagued with tiredness, I'm pretty much ready to go, it has also resolved my snoring which is great.

Looking at my charts I do seem to have some sort of flow limitation going on (a lot of class 2 flow shapes), maybe some level of UARS (may also explain my high pRDI?) However, it seems to be working very well and for the first time in a long time, I am waking up feeling rested, no bags under my eyes, a clearer brain, it's amazing.

Although I feel great, I was wondering whether anybody could take a look at my charts from my 3 most recent nights, do they look okay? I would like to see if there's anything I could do to optimise my therapy even further? I originally tried with EPR turned off, however I was finding that it was disrupting my sleep as I couldn't exhale against the pressure very well. I turned it straight up to level 3 but found that the difference in pressure was a little big, I finally settled on level 2 which seems to be the perfect balance for me. Do you think I should  increase my minimum pressure to 7? I believe as a rule of thumb I should set my minimum to 2 under my median, but my EPR is at level 2.

Many, many thanks! Smile

Welcome! I'm not one of the experts on here but I think the chart looks great, and if you are feeling 100% I wouldn't worry too much about messing with the settings.

They will probably ask you to alter your screenshot: you can make the left side smaller so all the information is visible in the screenshot. Should look like mine.

Hi TiredTim, thank you for the warm welcome and thank you very much for taking the time to look through my charts! It's very reassuring to hear that they look great! Yes, I think you are very right regarding messing with the settings, currently they are working very well for me.
Oh I see, I will reupload my screenshots right away! Thank you very much for your help, much appreciated  Smile

This is pretty small, but I suggest you raise your starting pressure to 7 and your EPR setting to 3. This will probably improve your therapy and comfort a bit.
