Document request: ResMed humidifier settings

I remember seeing a link on this forum that described humidifier settings in detail for ResMed machines, including the AirSense 11, which correlated the humidity settings to percent humidity and discussed which settings of humidity and temperature cause rainout. But I can't find it, and I'm not finding the right keywords to search and get a reasonable number of results. Could someone please provide the link?
