Help with Resmed 11 Settings

Hello,

I am hoping some of you can help me with my settings and look at my data. I had been using my CPAP religiously in hopes that it would help me, I soon became so much more tired using it that I couldn't take it anymore. I'm not sure why but I had to stop and I started mouth taping to try and prevent my tongue from obstructing my airway, I felt instantly better the first day I did this instead but still wakeup tired. I would like for CPAP to work for me but based on how I felt something was definitely not right, I am attaching my data below, thank you.

Your numbers are fine, leak are good...  It is all in how you feel.  The last night at a min of 6 would be to low for me.  6 gives a small amount of air for inhale, I take more than that or i am taking my mask off trying to get more oxygen.

I would try min 8 with an EPR 3 and see how you feel.  again, your numbers are fine we are looking on how the therapy feels..

Alright, I'll give that a try. Thanks for your response, I guess if I still don't feel good on it it's just not for me for whatever reason? I only had a mild case of 8 AHI when tested I wonder if simply taping my mouth is enough to get that under diagnoses levels
