[Treatment] New Year - New Start

New Year - New Start
Hi all,

Made sense to start a new thread given the minimal data in my first thread.

I was given a Sefam S-Box by my NHS Sleep Clinic back in the summer, after much reading here I have elected to self fund an Autosense 10 Auto. The sleep clinic have never touched the settings on my Sefam since the start, they had reviewed the data and sent me an email basically stating 'well done for using your AHI has reduced from 48 to <10'

I subsequently changed it from 4-20 to 7-13 as I felt starved of air at the start of each night, I also disabled ramp and enabled EPR, started feeling a LOT better. I work in tech engineering so am massively data driven and somewhat neurodiverse (so pls forgive any bluntness from me, I can't help it most of the time).

I have gotten a CPAP pillow ( https://www.intushealthcare.com/product/...low-2-0-2/ ) to help me with side sleeping and got rid of the two decrepit pillows I was using as I do tend to roll onto my back, and previous data showed some likely positional apneas.

First night with the Airsense last night, and I've actually woken up feeling refreshed for the first time in years! I have attached some screen shots from Oscar below and would positively welcome any input :-)

Thank you in advance and much kudos to the Oscar team for a brilliant piece of software.

RE: New Year - New Start
I suggest you change your pressure settings to 9 to 15.  This is because your median pressure is over 9 and you need a little more headroom.

You show a bit of Positional Apnea, but since it's only one night's report, let's wait to see if it shows up regularly.

RE: New Year - New Start
Morning all from the UK,

Night two on the Resmed, with the upped pressures per suggestion above to 9-15. A bit less time in bed due to life.

AHI is lower, flow limits are better? graphs attached.

Thanks,

John

RE: New Year - New Start
3rd night with the resmed and I am beginning to see a pattern. A cluster in the middle of each night.

Could this be me rolling onto my back or chin tucking maybe both? I am ignoring anything post 0600 as this is when my Mrs and the dog get up, and I likely toss and turn afterwards as I wake up and try and go back to sleep for a bit.
