Dry Nose
Has anyone had any luck using saline nasal gel to alleviate dryness of the nasal mucosa? I have my humidity set as I as I can before I get rain out.

RE: Dry Nose
Try Lansinoh lanolin nipple cream. You can find it in the baby aisle of the drug store. It's marketed as a salve for nursing mothers, but it works wonders on noses that are dry and sore from CPAP therapy.

Oh, great idea. I already have 100% lanolin on hand. Thanks.

Okay, so I mixed 100% lanolin with coconut oil and applied it and it has provided a ton of relief. My nose still feels dry inside, but not so dry that it hurts.

RE: Dry Nose
MAYBE your set your humidity level to high. To much is like not enough it happened to me with the same result, dry nose.

Recommended humidity level for sleeping is 40 % to 60%. Around $15.00 on Amazon for an hygrometer.

Over 60%, ajust your machine at 4 or lower. Test & see if it`s what you need.

It worked for me, I hope this will help you.
