They are available in various sizes and thickness. I would think that they would be easy to use. Just use some scotch tape that is sticky on both sides to adhere them to your mask.

I'm just thinking outloud............. Eat-popcorn

That's a great idea, it would keep them in place and easy to remove and easily replaceable before bed.

Do you have any images? I am based in the UK , London. If I could see it then I could try buy them.

I don't have much luck when it comes to posting up images on this particular site. But, you could do a search of cotton bandages and I would think that would bring up several images.

A common size is 2"x 2". They are very easy to cut to size if needed. You could trim them to fit curves and such.

Maybe someone else could post up some images?  Bigwink

Ahh yes I understand what type of cotton pads you mean now...

Like these?

But they are breathable which wouldn't help right?

I would think that even though they are breathable, they would still add some degree in regards to an insulation factor.

That, and they would absorb any moisture.

The isolation should be on the mask's outside surface, and this added layer must not cover the mask's exhaust. Just to clarify.

I found some in my home medical kit the trouble I am having is attaching the cotton pad to the inside of the mask. I have bought some surgical tape and it arrives tomorrow so will it ago.

For tonight I have managed to use a lot of tape to secure it but I do not think it will hold up.

Thanks for your help

I wasn't sure if you are using a hose holder / hanger or not. If not, try one. It can be a real game changer! Also, check into a hose cover. I have one and it's black velour. I primarily use it to keep the hose quiet if it rubs or hits our bed's headboard.
