[Equipment] AirSense 11 clock sync?

AirSense 11 clock sync?
When looking at my OSCAR data, it's clear my machine's internal clock is several minutes slow. This just seems wrong. These machines are phoning home regularly on the cellular network, and the network provides accurate time in sync with atomic clocks. I would think they should automatically sync their internal clocks on a regular basis.

I know there's an option in OSCAR to shift time to account for it, but making the machine itself sync would be so much better. Is there a method to force a clock sync? (Preferably without destructively wiping the saved therapy data?) Seeing as this error is ongoing, it doesn't seem like there's an automatic weekly or monthly sync. This seems like an awful design. Quartz real-time clocks are cheap and drift. If the machine never syncs, I'd hate to see what happens over the course of using it for several years.

Based on my experience, a lot of devices only sync up or broadcast their existence during their boot-up phase. Based on this, have you tried a total system reboot (complete power down) to see what happens?

Yes. I had to stop CPAP for 3 weeks due to sinus surgery recovery, and the machine was down for all that time except powered up briefly to check settings. I've been using it powered on for one week. It's now 2-3 minutes off. Quartz clocks don't drift that far in a week, so I'm pretty sure it never synced, or synced to a bad source.

Your model is new enough that I would complain to your supplier about this problem. It should be a warranty repair.

The AS11 doesn't sync to a time server and you can't set the time like the AS10. A hilarious oversight. Mine is like 2 hours 22 minutes off or something. To compensate, adjust the clock offset in OSCAR...

To determine the drift, just pop in your card to your machine, start/stop therapy, take the card and run to your computer, check the time stamp on the latest file written by the machine and make the appropriate adjustment
