Are the Replacements Safe

Hello All,

By now I'm sure most of you have heard that Respironics will no longer be selling products in the US, so we can't obtain new respironics devices in the future at this point in time. I was simply just wondering that if our machines got replaced, are those replacements considered safe or not?
