[Equipment] Many simplus cushion hisses

About half of the simplus full face cushions I have been receiving hiss.  I use a RemZZZ, but that doesn't help.  The other half don't hiss.  When I complain my provider replaces them, but it is an inconvenience.  

Is this a quality problem with the manufacturer, or a handling problem with the provider?

Any suggestions about switching masks or providers?

i have been having the same issue in the last few weeks and had the same style mask for years

My first mask was a Simplus, and it would leak at anything over about 10  cmH20   I've changed to a Resmed Airfit F20  which seems to suit me much better.  Unusual to get a leak even up t0 18 cm
