Now, on occasion, in the middle of the night, the air flow stops. When I check the machine there is a message saying that there is a problem with the climate line and that it should be replaced. What I have to do then is unplug the machine and then plug it back in. The message stays there for a second and then disappears. I have cleaned off the electrical contacts a few times and that seems to help. I have changed the climate line and it is fine for a while but after a few months the message starts appearing again.
I try to twist the climate line wires at its ends and sometimes that seems like it helps.
The bottom line is that I don’t actually know what’s causing the problem but because I can get rid of the message and have it resume operation just by unplugging and plugging in the power. That makes me think that the climate line is not actually the reason for the problem.
I’m going to call my Sleep Dr and see about getting a mewer machine, but in the meantime, before it arrives:
Is there a setting I can change that turns off the heating part of the climate line?
Is there something else I can do to fix the problem?
