Dreamstation - Service Required

Hello All,
I would appreciate some help. My dreamstation machine has started beeping at odd hours in the night and shows a service code 051818-03286. Google has not been friendly with helpful results. If anyone is familiar with this code I would appreciate some inputs. 

I’m on V1.1.2 version of the Software.

I can't find anything regarding to that error code, but there is a service and support manual that says that all service and error codes can be downloaded using the service center tool software by service centers. I'm not an expert on dreamstation service codes, but it sounds like the machine is biffed and you need to take it in. The service manual has some equipment error codes, but they are 2-4 characters and don't match your code at all.

Thank you for getting back to me. I will try to give Philips a call on Monday and see if they can help resolve. I upgraded the firmware to V1.1.8 but that has not addressed it.
