[Equipment] Transcend Micro minicpap software with parallels?

Transcend Micro minicpap software with parallels?
I just got a new Transcend Micro and I need to adjust pressure settings. I do not have a Windows PC to use to connect.

Is it possible to use Parallels and Windows 11 on MacOS to set up the device? I have everything installed but the software never sees the Micro device plugged into my usb port.

Has anyone successfully done this?

Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I did install the drivers and followed the tutorials. The Micro just never appears, as if it's not plugged in.

Thanks again for your help. I sure appreciate your effort.

My mac does not see it either. Both windows and macOS see all the rest of the devices connected via USB. I've tried it with both a USBC cable directly plugged into a USBC port on the mac and with a USB to USBC cable plugged into a USB hub that is plugged into a USB port on the Mac. No prompt to choose which OS.

I am wondering if the mac also needs a driver installed like windows needs one installed. Of course, since there is no mac support, there would be no drivers to add, if needed.
