If you would like someone to give an opinion please post a chart from last night. Good luck with the soft cervical collar!

Ok so now some time has passed. I am now fairly used to sleeping with my new soft cervical collar. And it helps a lot with mouth popping open in my sleep. I still have som short periods of sleep where i do expiratory mouth breathing, but if there is no flow limitations and no apneas at those times then that shouldnt be an issue right?

This is from this night. I took me somewhere around 30-50 min to fall asleep i believe, im stillnot quite used to this pressure and epr 3. But still i feel it looks pretty good. I also feel pretty rested even though it wasent the best of sleeps.

Any input? Does it look good, how about the flow limitation that is still present, is it a problem or is it low?
