Exported data discrepancies

Exported data discrepancies
I came upon this by chance.

On the daily view for Jan 12, there are 4 sessions shown.
At the end of first session, AHI max = 2 on the chart.

The exported data for that part, show:
Start                             End                              AHI
2023-01-13T01:06:33     2023-01-13T01:15:33    20

The AHI = 20 does not correspond to the data shown on the daily view ?

I deleted the days in Oscar, closed Oscar and reopened it with a new data import from the Resmed SD card.
Nothing changed.

I really need to know if it is a one time glitch or if there is a bug in Oscar because I have a year's worth of data that might be corrupted.

Please advise.

Based on the events during 9 minutes of use may equate to 20 per hour.

Three H events in 9 minutes does indeed equal an AHI of 20 for the session.

The AHI chart uses the count of events in the previous hour, so it is lower.

Oscar should show a session of 9 minutes but it does not.

The data exported support 5 sessions but not the charts for that night.

In the pressure chart shortly after 1:00, you can see a little red line where the 9 minute session is. The start of ramp gives it away.

Also in the Flow Rate chart, the gap at 1:06 is pretty obvious.

It's such a short gap it doesn't show in the all night charts.

I would suppose as much.

But since the program only does what it is told, what are the parameters/criteria that specify what to show on the daily views?
What is the minimum gap value in time for a session to be shown or not?

Why does the same rules not apply to the exported data and the daily view?

If you look at the zoomed screenshot in your first post, you can see that the gap between the first session and the 9 minute session is about one minute. I think this is pretty close to the minimum, although as long as one session ends and the next begins in different clock minutes, then ResMed can create a new session.

If you scroll the left panel, below the Settings you will find the Session Information, and you will see all five session.

All sessions are recorded and displayed on the Daily page, and also in the exported statistics. You just can't see the one minute gap on the whole night graphs.

Thank you all for the explanations.

I am relieved my data is OK.
