That little bit of extra minimum pressure support did nicely for you. If you want to fine-tune that for targeting hypopnea, you might increase by 0.2 or so at a time.

For some reason, my AHI went back up. I brought the pressure back up to 4.6 tonight; see what happens tomorrow.

An increase in pressure support is an appropriate response to hypopnea, but it's generally better to watch trends rather than individual night results. Good luck with the change.

I thought I replied similarly to Hojo. Looks really good, and I would not suggest changes based on this result. I bet I can find similar snore results for myself.
