you can try ayr nasal gel with aloe to help if you have a dry nose.

Without the wave flow it's kind of difficult to speculate on whether you were possibly awake enough in that last on the 26 in that last 45 minutes to attribute some (or all) of those CAs to misscored wake events.

The 75 minute period between 1:00 and 2:15 on the 26th also is pretty busy. Do you think you were sound asleep during that time or were you drifting in and out of sleep in some kind of restless fashion?
