First 12 days
As I mentioned in my first post, after a long pause, I started my therapy again, this time determined to be way more patient. So here are the results of the first 12 days.

I have no idea why the event flags section in SleepyHead is blank. It used to show events (I never had more than just a few), but now it is not showing anything. It must have been something I've done in SleepyHead's settings.

Anyway, in the link below I am including a screenshot of last night's report, as well as a screenshot of the overview, which may provide a better view of the overall picture.

My AHI has been consistently under 1, with the last night being the highest, when it went over  that limit (1.68). I have to say that this last night was probably the one where I really had most uninterrupted sleep, and I guess that may be the reason why my AHI went up slightly.

My average sleep time is still relatively low, below 5 hours. Lots of time, it even included an hour or so, while I was still trying to fall asleep. And of top of that, I would normally take my mask (P 10) off in the morning and then get couple of hours more of sleep without it.

I think that this may be working, based on these AHI numbers. The more I get used to it, I hope the more sleep time I will get (hopefully deeper sleep), and that may give a better picture of where I am.

Any comments will be appreciated very much.

Looking good!   Here's 3 things to try to get the event categories back:
1. Try restarting SleepyHead
2. Right-click on the label, "Event Flags"; Select the last option, "Reset Graph Layout".
3. Rebuild your data. Data->Rebuild CPAP Data->your machine.

ppca,
Look at the bottom of your daily page under the flow limit graph to the left.

There is a drop down box for flags. It looks like they may be turned off. Click on each flag to turn them from red/black to green/black. You may have to restart SH to see them.

RE: First 12 days
Thanks for these suggestions.

I tried resetting graph layout and rebuilding data, none of each helped. Then before I saw OpalRose's comment, I decided to uninstall SleepyHead completely, I cleared all data, and re-installed it again. After importing my 12-days data from the SD card, everything is back in order.

It could have been those flags issue, can't really say now. If it happens again, I'll look into it.

Thanks!

For the 4 hours and 42 minutes it recorded, your AHI was a nice low 1.7.

The most important question, though, is how do you feel? How is your mood? Energy level? Ability to think? If you're doing well in those aspects, I would say that treatment is a success.

It would be great if I could say that I feel much better now, after I started the treatment. Unfortunately, I am still tired throughout the day. Overall I'm not really exhausted, even though that was not the case even in the past, just not feeling refreshed after sleeping.

Hopefully, as I assume my sleep time should get longer and longer, I might see some real improvement. It's only been 12 days for me. Of course, other factors come into play too. Regular exercising would most likely be helpful, but I was never a big fan. Sad

RE: First 12 days
Here's the report from last night. I think it's pretty good, almost unbelievably good. The really good thing is that it appears it is becoming easier for me to fall asleep, and stay asleep for longer periods (I used to wake up so many times throughout the night earlier).

I believe that the leak rates are okay too, based on what I see. Are those numbers under 95% and Max leak rates acceptable?
