I looked at Supplier #2 and didn't see an ASV on that site. I didn't check all the suppliers to see if they have one. I did find one at a supplier that isn't on the list here but I don't think I'm supposed to post it since it's not on the supplier list. It's $2900 and doesn't require a Rx to buy. Comes with a 3 year warranty. "Lightly used" 
That said...Supplier #1 has a new one for $2890 but you have to have a Rx.

I saw your post and ended up doing an online search. Found an S9 Adapt (ASV) for under $1000… hoping it arrives and does the trick. Thanks for looking out!
