Unless you really rely on it, I'd suggest turning off the ramp feature, or at least setting your ramp pressure to 7 or so. You can see all the snoring and FLs that happened during and immediately after your ramp time.

OpalRose, I'm not sure why you're suggesting that the OP lower the EPR from 3 to 2. EPR of 3, as Deborah suggested, seems to be helping with the FLs.

Dormeo, Thank you for chiming in.  I am really happy that I found this forum.   

Stacy's setting did have a large improvement on my therapy.  OpalRose's mask mis-fitting observation was spotted on.  I was still dialing in my masks.  The fit seems fine initially when the min pressure was 4.  When it was raised to 7, the seals are broken quickly whenever I moved a little.   Based on the above, I am planning to fix the mask fitting first, stay with Stacy's setting of min 7 and EPR 3,  also try having ramp off as well.  I will give it more time before changing the settings.
