First full night numbers
Finally a full nights rest and awakened fully rested. I couldn't wait to check my numbers but I am not sure what they all mean yet.
7 hours 17 min mask time (got that one) I fell asleep withing 15 min and awoke once when my wife turned on the bathroom light, but went back to sleep using the unit.
AHI 3.29
AI 0.69
HI 0.69
CAI 2.47
UAI 0.00
I was at a pressure of 9 for 94% of the time
My snore rate was ZERO and my wife was estatic!
Are these good numbers?
I didn't do it, I didn't do it, yeah....I did it

They don't look bad. Congratulations! Just remember, you didn't get apnea overnight. So while one night is good, you need a month or longer to really get a handle on your therapy.

Thanks. Honesty I care more about the snoring than the official cure. My snoring has always been bad since I was a teenager, but in the last year I was forced to sleep in the guest bedroom lest my wife break my ribs. Last night we slept in the same bed, it was awesome. That was my goal, everything else is just extra.

Good numbers Clovett, good job that.
The CAI's will probably come down on their own after a night or two. So don't change anything, just enjoy laying around with your mask on.
RE: First full night numbers

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
- Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
- let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
- gently suck to form a light vacuum
Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night
