Hey Joeey63 welcome to the board! First off, congratulations on doing your homework and having everything configured visually right off the bat. That really helps. For me first things I see is your Flow Limitations (Flow Limit.) are a bit high, we like to see them around .03 - .06, believe me its doable. (Bumping the EPR to 3 might help that) For a pillows mask your leak rate is rather high. Others far more skilled than I are sure to come a long and give you some pointers, your Flow Rate graph looks pretty busy to me, but I don't have the skill to analyze that from this view.

Well, I see outstanding therapy with AHI ranging from zero to one or two events per night. It doesn't get better than that. I don't see flow limits as a problem with 95% flow limit ranging from 0.01 to 0.03. I have no problem with trying EPR 3 as long as you ultimately use whatever ends up being most comfortable. This is excellent therapy with maximum pressure generally less than 10 cm. I think you hit gold on the first try.
