Flappy nose piece
Night before last, I woke up to a loudly flapping (vibrating) nose piece on my P10. I got up and swapped it out, but the next one did the same as soon as the machine came on. Almost like as if there were a lot of water in the tube (but there wasnt). So then I swapped out the hose and the mask frame, and the previously flapping nose piece behaved itself and I slept the rest of the night....
Haven't tried the misbehaving hose or mask again yet... but has anyone had this happen?

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
- Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
- let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
- gently suck to form a light vacuum
Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

RE: Flappy nose piece
I have experienced it from time to time. Almost like a fluttering or popping in the pillow itself. It has usually cleared up on its own, but it is just weird sounding. I doubt anyone hears it but me.
