The first one is typical of most of the night
The second one I'm most interested in right after the Obstructive event
The 3rd and 4th just look weird to my untrained eye.
Thanks in advance!

Flow rate questions
I woke up exhausted this morning and saw some weird flow rates. Just curious if anyone wanted to take a stab at telling me what's going on... My AHI for the night was 8.97 with 2/3 of those being centrals.

RE: Flow rate questions
Without more information (type of therapy, pressure settings, etc...), it's hard to say what's going on. Please post a full set of charts.

RE: Flow rate questions
I'll take a stab while we wait for your additional info and the more experienced members to weigh in, but I'm not an expert so it's just a stab. I believe the higher amplitude curves after the oa are just recovery breaths. the jagged lines throughout are (mostly inspiratory) snores. flat topped curves are flow limitations. the ragged breathing before the ca, short or almost no inhale and longer exhale, might be 'mini' ca's building to the ca that meets the machine criteria for flagging. alternatively it's conceivable they might be 'mini' central hypopnea not fully meeting the machine criteria for flagging or maybe moans and groans in your sleep. folks often suggest some events or event types are incorrectly flagged by the machine, but I don't know how to tell that.

RE: Flow rate questions
I'm too 'green' to say definitively what is going on, but your leaks coincide with the clusters of OA/CA's, apparently...and the leaks seem to be substantial at those times. Sleeping position, or as likely it's chin-drop...?? Have you tried a cervical collar at any time, and if so, what's the scoop?
