Just started ASV and waking up.

RE: Just started ASV and waking up.
OK, for one, with ASV you cannot do much with flow limits. When I was on ASV, I had to ignore the FL chart entirely.

I also think that if you're concerned about comfort and disruption, PS min 6 is too much. You're going to make it ventilate too much and blow more. At least I wouldn't suggest PS of 6 being the min in most cases. However 6 within that PS range is acceptable. I would suggest reducing PS min to maybe 4.

You could try EPAP somewhere between 6-11, 8-12 if you want. PS 4 min up to Max PS 13, 14, 15.

If you go with what you mention, min EPAP 8 and min PS 6, you're at IPAP min 14.

I think I was locking asv down too much, now it can go as high as it needs and I got slightly better sleep. 1 hour 44 of REM vs yesterdays 56 minutes.. the leak is bad, I’m got more mouth tape tonight.

It looks better, leaks aren't showing terrible, so the question was it any more comfortable?
