Anlysis needed short night-data attached
Awakened @ 3:44-tried to go back to sleep for about 15 min.
Turned stop the machine took off the mask
Machine said 3hrs 38 min and AHI of.5, could not go back to sleep.
Got up for about 20 min, then tried again to get to the compliance rule. Gave up and got up once I knew I had 4 hours.
Machine now says AHI 2.15 -looks like most of these events occurred when I was awake.
I am thinking this is sleep wake junk?
Typically I would roll over on my face and go back to sleep which I can't do with he mask on.
I actually feel fine but the day is long with only 3.5 hours sleep
