RE: Getting O2 Insight Pro files to OSCAR?
OK. Well, I've been using OSCAR very successfully for 4 years now. My standard process is to click on data, then on import Wellue and generally the files come up just fine and I proceed normally. On SOME occasions over this time, when I followed that process, a different set of files came up and it was clear that somehow the file path had been altered. To deal with this I used the Oximetry Wizard, selecting the option to import from a file, then followed the sequence: c drive, users, ar3th(my user name), appdata, local, O2 Insight Pro, data, serial number of my ring, open and the files were shown in the window. Then by going back to the data, import Wellue process the file path appeared to be restored. This always worked in the past whenever it seemed that the file path had been disconnected. NOW, under the new version, when I get to the data, serial number, open stage of the wizard process I just get a blank file screen and the path is not restored.
Perhaps this was always the wrong method, but it worked and there did not seem to be any other way to restore the path. From my point of view it seems I've been doing the correct thing and it just now doesn't work the same way. I just want to find a way to reconnect and continue to be able to import the Wellue data into OSCAR as I have been doing for 4 years.
Any further advice or suggestions you can make will be very greatly appreciated. Otherwise I will likely have no further use for OSCAR as I also have a copy of the RESMED software and it gives me almost the same information and matches what my doctor uses.
