Graphs switched off?

I have some blank data days.. and it says there is no data to graph and at the very bottom it says "graphs switched off"
would like to know the secret to get the data back.

It sounds like the SD card wasn't in the CPAP when you used it on those days, or you had the "Lock" tab in the locked position. For you knowledge, unless you're using a Resmed S9, there isn't any reason to lock it.

answering my own question.. looked at the files on the SD card.. and for the day, it says "this file empty" .. so, although the SD card was in the machine, autosense was unable to read it...

Thanks! Same problem today.  Between us, we're using  AirSense 10 and 11 Autosets, and an AirCurve 10 ASV with Windows 10 machines.  I'll let mom know to skip locking the SD card in the future.

I didn't do a good job describing the issue...   originally I had all the missing graphs/data in  OSCAR .. then one day when importing the previous evenings data ( SC card) .. it took much longer.. and when it finished.. the pop up box said 100 or so files added.. after this happened, the graphs disappeared..

I have the same problem with ALL of my data, 2 months worth since first starting on my Airsense 11.
 
Whether I lock the SD before I insert it into my iMac or not, I see summary data in the sidebar of the "Daily Menu" (AHI, Pie chart, Settings), as well as on the "Overview" menu (various bar graphs, some blank) and in the "Statistics" menus.

However, whether I've locked the SD or not, the part of the "Daily" menu that should show the "graphs" is blank, the pulldown menu at the bottom rights shows "0 graphs" (none there to be selected), and the bottom of the page says "Graphs Switched Off". I've tried many times over the past couple of weeks and eventually gave up, assuming that ResMed simply hides that kind of detail from patients, or that Oscar hasn't been updated to be able to read AirSense 11 data. I'd post photos but as a new user I'm not allowed to.

If anyone has any ideas about how to solve this problem, I will blow 100 kisses at you from behind my CPAP mask.

last night i decided to reboot the cpap machine.  i pulled the plug and put it back in.   this morning i had all 14 graphs back!!!  i know it is only one nights worth of data.  but i suspect the problem has been solved.  i’ll post tomorrow morning whether good or bad news

everything is still working with 14 graphs .. so it looks like the reboot of the cpap machine solved the problem.
