Great Insight on Nasal Cycle
#11
RE: Great Insight
Nasal pillow masks are the easiest to use and avoid leaks from the mask. If anything makes it difficult, it is that some people can't keep air out of their mouth. You are already using a nasal mask, so other than how the air is delivered, you can do this.

RE: Great Insight
I tried using the Labota nasal vents (anti snoring device) last night, they worked very well.  I got this brand because they are very cheap, $9.00, and wanted to see if they worked. I Slept more deeply and longer. It enabled my CPAP to do it's job much better. They go into my nasal passage more deeply with a tapered ends. If you have not tried these, please do!  Sleep-well

RE: Great Insight
I've noticed no humidifier on your profile. For me, I had congestion issues with low humidity on my CPAP. I have a built in humidifier on my CPAP that helps prrvent congestion. I'd see if that is the issue before having to depend on medical solution such as Flonase.
