HELP needed for OSCAR graph analysis for first time user

RE: HELP needed for OSCAR graph analysis for first time user
Some people are more sensitive to flow limits, yours are not real high but again you may experience more effects.

Flow limits are apnea just as are Oa and H events so 0 for all of them is ideal but probably not possible so the less the better

Sounds great.

Great to know that, thanks for sharing your knowledge.

I have ordered the soft cervical collar which will be arriving in a day or two.

And i am trying to see if this pillow might help if you have any input do let me know...  https://www.amazon.com/DONAMA-Ergonomic-...9hdGY&th=1

I changed EPR to 3, here is the chart/result from this night

Shall I change EPR back to 1 or 2?
Shall I change high pressure back to 15?

And what does clear airway (CA) mean? Seems like this night i got that as 7.62 which is higher than past 2 nights with different settings?

Ca is clear airway and mean central. These would be treatment emergent which means they will reduce as your body gets use to the therapy. You get them because the Cpap is working well and removing extra CO2. As your body gets use to lower amounts of CO2 they will lessen. CA is basically you holding your breath instead of obstructive where your airway is closed.

Your flow limits are much lower so I think you need to stay with the setting s for a while.

Still need to keep trying to eleminate the positional apnea - that will bring down your AHI the most.

The positional apnea being refered to is about keeping your neck straight. At times you are tucking your chin into your chest.

Thank you so much

So CA is central/clear airway apnea
When doctor diagnosed me they said i have "Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea" and did mention I do not have Central Apnea. So it was interesting to see these numbers.

Sorry i just got to see this message today and last night i changed my EPR to 2 from 3.
Here are the results from that.

P.S - I got the cervical collar and wore it. But i removed it while i was asleep as it was hurting me OR may be was very uncomfortable. i noticed yesterday night vaguely that i was blowing air from my mouth (not sure if thruout the night or so, but for a second or so I noticed it and stopped).
