RE: Feel WORSE after getting Leaks under control - hopeless
Allergy season and flow limits can definitely be a factor, but also consider that if you continuously adjust your minimum to the median pressure each night, you will slowly creep up until you spend more than 50% of the night at the minimum.
Look, I'm an engineer, not a doctor! Please don't take my opinion as a substitute for medical advice.

Should be feeling great with these numbers, right?
So why aren't I?
After this night (see Oscar report below), I expected to at least wake up this morning and feel great - at least for a few hours.

I've tried everything - v-com, different pressure ranges, set pressure (CPAP) settings (which led to aerophagia, and since I have GERD, triggered my heartburn for a week).
I also tape at night with PapMD tape...which I'm starting to love (easier to remove than others).

About me:
I have RLS, (and probably PLMD also), that I take meds for every night.
I have tried v-com and raised my pressure (my median pressure was 10) to 11, then 12 and turned EPR off,...but I couldn't handle EPR being off.
I currently have the Resmed Airsense 11 with  Resmed P10 pillows, but after watching a video, I took the suggestion to change the setting from "Pillows" to "Full Face" to soften the IPAP. ...and it did.
And no - I can do a full-face mask - I have TMJ and problems with my neck. I tried an Airfit F40 and had neck pain for 5 days afterward, so that's a no-go.

My Doc is working with my Health insurance company to try to get me in for an in-lab study for a Bipap machine...not sure that will help, but ....
Any suggestions?
