Having flow limitation events and snores.
Hello Folks, should I bump the IPAP pressure to knock these down?

RE: Having flow limitation events and snores.
Your BiPAP is set to EPAP min 6.5, Max IPAP 11.5 and PS 2-5. For the events we see here, you need to increase the PS to 4.0 and increase IPAP max to 14.0. You can increase EPAP min to 7.5 and it will rise as needed. Just set PS min to 4.0 and PS max to 4.0. the variable PS is kind of useless.

Thanks for the advice, I had pressure support set that way and it was bad news for me, with PS set as it is I sleep much better.

RE: Having flow limitation events and snores.
Try increasing it to 3, and give yourself a bit more EPAP. You are flat against your maximum IPAP pressure with only PS 2 most of the session we looked at, and that really points to pressure and pressure support being too low, especially on a machine known for under-shooting. If you have specific discomfort complaints with higher pressure or pressure support, it would help to hear about it.
