Having trouble posting data please.
I have a new s9 for around 15 days and want to post my numbers for advice. I can't seem to copy and post from sleepyhead software. Thanks in advance. Brian.

I just copied and pasted this from SleepyHead: AHI 2.66 2.17 1.83 2.25 2.43 (from Statistics tab) From Daily tab: PressurePressure (cmH20) W-Avg: 9.40 9.00 9.40 10.50 11.70 Minute Vent.Minute Ventilation (L/min) W-Avg: 6.03 0.12 5.75 10.88 22.50 Resp. All you can copy and paste is text. But if you want to post the graphs here, do a screenshot, save as a PNG or JPG, and insert that in your post. (Except you have to be a member here for a bit before that works.)

How To for attachments:
http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-...ttachments And I changed the subject line, Yawnmaster. Sometimes, not always, but sometimes a symbol in a subject line will make the link to it all wonky.

Here they are, im not sure what targets to look for or what the cool sleepyhead graphs mean yet. I am using the auto on/off which seems to work fine even though I can manually hit the button if it makes a difference. Thanks. Brian.
Last 7 days are as follows: ahi .52 hours 7.27 avr pressure 8.76 95% pressure 10.62 avr leaks 0.80 leaks 19.20 How am I doing please?

I will take brilliant any day & pretty good except for a headcold. Lol. My s8 was jacked up to 14 which I thought was good. I do like this machine. What #s do I look for?

RE: Having trouble posting data please.
You want the AHI to be less than 5. On that, you're doing great!
You want the leaks to be lower than, I think, 26. And you're doing great on that, too. And you want to be able to evaluate how you feel. A low AHI means diddly squat if you still feel like crap on a stick. Look up each of the terms SleepyHead uses for its graphs and learn what they all mean. We have an ApneaBoard Wiki but it is lacking in some areas. http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki SleepyHead has a wiki as well. http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/sl...=Main_Page

RE: Having trouble posting data please.
How long have you been using your current machine?
If you have been using it for more than a few months, you may want to drop that maximum number down. Your 95% is half that. I would suggest a minimum of 7 or 8 and a max of 12. But if you've not been using it for long, leave it alone. Give it time for your body and brain to adjust.
