In case you decide to get the P10, make sure they give you these clips -- they worked well for me.  I got them free when I ordered from one supplier but they weren't included in my order from the other supplier, and it bugs me that they are asking $5 apiece for these little scraps of sheet metal.

(Offhand, I can't recall which supplier provided them -- but you can ask your DME about them if you decide to go this route.)

Maybe go to Amazon and search for sleep caps ... they come in many styles and colors and might help solve your long hair issues.  They may also create a bit of bulk to help keep your straps in place.  Some of them are the gathered granny look, but many of them are styled to accommodate long hair and quite chic looking.  I've been told that silk is most gentle to your hair, so maybe aim for silk.  It's also lightweight and breathes well.

I have a pixie cut and my gear has the hose on top of my head and is creating a "cow lick" from wearing it night after night, so right now I'm wearing a small silk scarf to protect my hair till I find a sleep cap I think will work for me.
