[Health] AHI >1.0 nightly, but still very tired every morning. Please help.

AHI >1.0 nightly, but still very tired every morning. Please help.
Every morning I still wake up completely exhausted and barely able to get up.

I have been on a CPAP machine since March. The other night my AHI was >1 and I used the machine for over 13 hours, I still felt exhausted in the morning.

I was on auto CPAP, 4-20cm at first. I ended up doing a sleep study and the doctor decided on 7cm as my fixed pressure. I don't know how they even got a "full reading" done, considering I barely slept at the study. In the middle of the night the tech came in yelling and turned on the lights when I was using my flashlight to try and figure out how to get up to use the bathroom. (I was not told anything about this.) I naturally didn't sleep at all the rest of the night.

I recently had blood work done, which my primary doctor said looked normal.

The mask seems to be fitting fine, and I have ran the "Mask Fit" test several times on the machine.

Thanks in advance for any help.

This is the Daily, Overview, and copy of the Sleep Study.

I do be not know much about the machine you have so I can’t give you great advice. But the min of 4 is NOT for an adult. I need a min of 9 or I feel terrible the next day.

I would raise the min to 8.

Your sleep study shows an AHI of 0.0. Why did they prescribe you a pap machine? It doesn't seem that you need one.

Your device settings show 4-12 your min is 4.

This wasn't the original study that said my AHI was 19.2 (as it says at the top of my sleep study). This was done at the clinic on a CPAP machine.

I know it says that in "Device Settings" in OSCAR, but that is not the case on the machine. I believe that is from when it was previously on APAP. It is now on a fixed rate of 7. I have gone into the settings and looked myself on the machine.

If you look at my pressure rate, it ramps up from 4 and fluctuates with a little above 7 being the top, and IPR (as it is called on this machine) was set to 3 for a while so that's how it fluctuates as low as 4. I recently changed the IPR down to 1.

I see. What you showed was your titration study, not the sleep study, so you do need a machine.
