Help with CPAP settings - feeling better but still tired
've been on CPAP for a year and while I've seen major improvement and my machine is showing AHI <1, I'm still feeling very tired and I'm trying to figure out why.
Trying to figure it out has been overwhelming!
I recently upped my minimum pressure from 6 to 7 and turned on EPR at 3 because I was suspecting that maybe I was still having unrecorded events (RERAs?) and needed more pressure, and while that does feel like it's helping I still feel so tired.
Adding last night's data below. I appreciate any help with this.

It's hard to tell a lot because your chart is not set up correctly, but you for sure need to raise your minimum pressure to 8 or 9, as that is where your median pressure sits.
To get better help your Oscar chart should show the following, and only the following, in the order listed, on your first page:

Thank you so much for the help - I changed my Oscar layout and I hope this is easier to read.
I'm struggling at a min pressure of 7 because it feels super hard to breath when I put my mask on. Do you think it's worth trying to slowly inch my way up to 8 or 9? Anything above 6.5 I seem to struggle with.
RE: Help with CPAP settings - feeling better but still tired
Thank you for the suggestion. It's actually the high pressure that's making it hard to breath - once I get up to 7, I struggle to exhale.
I have EPR set to 3 and it's helping but it's still uncomfortable. I'm hoping I can get used to it. I'm trying to figure out if this means I need a BIPAP instead of a CPAP.

Stepping over to the ResMed bilevel VAuto may be beneficial. Not only will you gain extra pressure support (similar to the AutoSet EPR but expanded values), there's some timing features that maybe will help your therapy and comfort levels.
Consider requesting your doctor decide to edit your script to this VAuto based on the AutoSet being uncomfortable.
